Clinical Director, Registered Psychotherapist & Certified Music Therapist

On behalf of our team, welcome to Whole Note! As a registered psychotherapist and certified music therapist, I specialize in providing evidence-based and client-centered care for supporting anxiety and mood management, living with chronic and/or advanced illness, life transitions, as well as grief and bereavement.

My practice provides clients with collaborative, values-driven, strengths-based care, with the integration of both psychotherapy and creative arts techniques and approaches to optimize wellness and support.

With over 10 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient care within hospital and hospice settings, I support clients in creating a care plan using principles of psychodynamic psychotherapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, music psychotherapy, and attachment theory that best supports individual needs. I look forward to supporting you within a safe, caring, empathic, and therapeutic space that best addresses your unique needs and goals.
